Streatham is the area where small work is cheapest, because the accessible loft and floor voids mean most additions need no chasing at all. Telford Park is larger Edwardian housing, much of it still whole houses. Streatham Hill has interwar mansion blocks with communal risers and, in several cases, original 1930s intake positions still in service.

Getting to you in Streatham
