Wandsworth generates the largest share of our EICR work because Earlsfield and Southfields have a dense private rented sector. The property types we see in Wandsworth
The Tonsleys are 1850s–1870s two-up two-down cottages, small, solid-walled and with almost no floor void — which makes every cable run a chase. Southfields is the 1900s grid between the common and the district line, larger and mostly still whole houses. Earlsfield is smaller Victorian terrace, heavily converted to flats. Getting to you in Wandsworth
