This is the hardest area on our patch for EV chargers, and we would rather say so on the phone than after a survey. The Shaftesbury Park Estate and the streets off Lavender Hill are 1870s–1890s two-storey terraces, most now split into two or three flats. The conversions matter more than the age: when a house is divided, the original single supply is usually split with tails run through common parts to sub-boards, and the earthing arrangement at the sub-boards is very often incomplete. Around Battersea Park you get larger Victorian villas and 1930s mansion blocks with shared risers. Getting to you in Battersea
